| Return Policy |
| FingerLakesCoffee.com will authorize no return after 30 days from the date of customer receipt of the item. Where applicable, products MUST be unopened, unworn
and otherwise unused, and in like new, resalable condition. All returns must be pre-approved. Through the
Contact Us section of this website, you must request and have received a
Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before sending any products back. |

Merchandise returned without an accompanying RMA# will not be accepted. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for
returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for
any loss or damage. |
Return Guidelines |
Upon our acceptance of the your merchandise return, in conformity with the policies herein, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for
the original purchase. For merchandise purchased with a gift gift certificate or equivalent, we will refund the balance due to a new gift certificate.
Invoices for merchandise purchased on account will be voided. Allow 14 business days (not including delivery times) from the day we
receive your merchandise return for the processing of your credit. Additional charges (not to exceed the retail price) may be assessed for products
returned with any missing items, such as manuals and accessories. |
Non-Returnable Items |
| We are unable to accept returns on custom or special-order items. If any custom or special-order item we provide to you does not meet our high standard
of quality we will take the steps necessary, at our discretion, to rectify this rare situation. |
Non-Defective Merchandise |
| Non-defective merchandise which is returned in conformity with the policies herein is subject to a 25% (twenty-five percent) restocking charge, with a
minimum charge of $10.00. |
Defective Merchandise |
| Defective merchandise will be accepted for repair or replacement only. We reserve the right to determine if merchandise is to be repaired or replaced.
No action will be taken and any warranty shall be deemed void if customer abuse is evident. We will reimburse you for your original shipping expenses for
products that we verify to be defective. |
Need To Cancel An Order You Placed Through This Website? |
| Orders placed through the FingerLakesCoffee.com online store may be canceled by submitting an 'Order Cancellation Request' through the
Contact Us section of this website...however we start the fulfillment
process almost immediately. For that reason it is possible, depending upon how much time has elapsed since your order was placed, that we have already
shipped the product to you. In such a case an order cancellation request cannot be granted, and you will need to follow the product return procedures
outlined above once you have received your merchandise. |
