Purchasing Gift Certificates:
1)	All Gift Certificates are delivered electronically to the email address(es) you enter above.
2)	Delayed deliveries are emailed to the recipient between midnight and 6:00am ET on your specified delivery date.
3)	All Gift Certificates and any unused balances expire one year from the date of original purchase.
4)	Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
5)	Gift Certificates are redeemable by anyone possessing the claim code. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrectly entered mailing/email addresses.

Redeeming Gift Certificates:
1)	Gift Certificates are redeemable only with credit card orders placed through this website's online store.
2)	Redeem Gift Certificates during the checkout process using the claim code contained in your original delivery notification.
3)	Unused balances are kept on account and can be applied to future online purchases.
4)	If your order total exceeds the remaining Gift Certificate balance, you may pay the difference with a credit card.
5)	If you lose your Gift Certificate's claim code, your Gift Certificate may be re-issued, in the amount of the remaining balance, by contacting our Customer Service department.
